1. Shipping & Delivery 

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently offer shipping within the United States (all 50 states). We are looking to expand internationally soon!

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

    • Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-14 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    We process orders quickly to get them to you and your pet ASAP! If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at petique2026@hotmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

2. Returns & Refunds 

  • What is your return policy?

    Your satisfaction and your pet's happiness are our top priorities. You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging.

  • What items are non-returnable?

    Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Opened or used pet food and treats.

    • Personalized or custom-made items.

    • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • How do I start a return?

    1. Contact our customer service team at petique2026@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

    2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • What about damaged or incorrect items?

    We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect item! Please contact us at petique2026@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product/issue. We will send a replacement immediately or provide a full refund.

    We carefully select products from reputable brands that prioritize safety. However, every pet is unique. Please always check the product description for specific information on ingredients, size recommendations, and intended pet type (dog, cat, etc.). When in doubt, consult your veterinarian.

  • My pet doesn't like the food/toy I ordered. Can I return it?

    We understand that pets can be picky! While we cannot accept returns on opened food for safety reasons, we encourage you to review the product details and ingredients carefully before purchasing. For toys and other non-consumable items, our standard 30-day return policy applies if the item is unused.

  • How can I contact customer service?

  • Do you have a loyalty or subscription program?

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status of all your orders.
